BODY PUMP
Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight will inspire you to get the results you came for!
SPIN
An indoor stationary cycling program, that brings the elements of athletic training to people of all ages and fitness levels. Cycling to the beat of latest hits, classics, rock and pop, you’ll forget about the time and feel great at the finish line!
RPM
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
BODY ATTACK
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
BODY STEP
BODY STEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation form sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
BODY BALANCE
BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that builds strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Pilates
Symmetry Physio Pilates Floor Classes offers you a fantastic way to strengthen your core, improve your posture and feel great.
We offer a floor program with medium sized groups which enables our instructors to check and progress each person individually.
Each class incorporates strengthening and stretching with a focus on breathing.
Pilates is a non impact class.
What to wear:
It is most important to wear comfortable clothing. Good supportive runners or cross-trainers and comfortable socks! You need to be able to more freely in your clothes.
What to bring:
A towel, a bottle of water and all our energy!

The instructor is there to educate you and deliver a safe and motivating class so please discuss any queries you have with them.
Your Time Table, Your Say
At BayFit we want to make sure that the classes that we have on our timetable reflect the needs of our members. If we see that a class is not attracting a high volume of members we will place a red flag on that class for a month, if the number of participants do not increase we will replace it with a class that we see will service more members.
So vote with your feet and attend the classes you love.
